The SQF isa food safety certification scheme designed to provide organizations with a rigorous system to manage food safety risks, provide safe products, and provide organizations with a recognized food safety certification. It was one of the first four Schemes approved by GFSI in 2004. There are three Certification Levels. It is the only scheme offering a quality level over and above Food Safety.
